I’m an Associate Art Director passionately creating digital experiences and solutions for 5 years now.
SCROLL
I’m a multidisciplinary designer with a neurotic love for precision; where every pixel, and brand interaction is intentional.
Over 5 years, I’ve honed a philosophy
that minimalism isn’t just aesthetic;
it’s clarity of thought.
Fun fact: My "off" button is broken. See: 1AM Instagram reference ideas, 11th-hour typography fixes, and a Pinterest board bursting with half-baked ideas (:

Akul Chamria
Independent Creative Director,
Founder at TCC
What sets Rishika apart is not just her eye for design, but her clarity of thought. Her approach is always rooted in intention, asking what something is meant to do, not just how it looks. Her design thinking is intuitive, strategic, and deeply human. Whether it’s building brand identity or reimagining communication formats, she brings a rare blend of aesthetic sensibility and problem-solving clarity. She’s also one of the most collaborative and open-minded creatives I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She listens actively, welcomes feedback, and constantly pushes herself to grow, always bringing new perspectives to the table. She doesn’t chase trends. She creates meaningful work that resonates.
Watching Rishika’s journey over the last five years has been nothing short of inspiring. She joined us as a junior graphic designer fresh out of college. Full of passion, curiosity, and a quiet determination to grow, today, she stands as one of our youngest Associate Art Directors.
Beyond her creative prowess, Rishika has played a pivotal role in shaping our next line of talent. She has trained and mentored multiple junior designers and is now among the youngest team leads at Panga. She’s never stopped learning, never stopped pushing herself, and never lost the spark she came in with.

I still remember hiring Rishika straight out of NIFT during a campus drive, but even then, she stood out. Not just for her design skills, but for her clarity, confidence, and rare sense of professionalism. You can train someone on tools and processes, but that spark, the leader’s mindset, the ability to take initiative and think ahead, that’s either there or it’s not. And Rishika had it from day one.
I’ve seen her grow from a junior designer into a solid design leader. Whether it's a high-stakes campaign or a tricky client brief, she steps in, takes charge, and delivers. She guides younger designers with patience, clarity, and strong creative direction. Her work is sharp, her attitude is even sharper, and she’s the kind of person you want on your most important accounts.
